IMAN IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2023

1. The national body of IMAN had continued solicitation to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine. May Allah SWT shower his patience on them and accept the Martyrdom of those that passed away.

2. IMAN Yobe State chapter, had conducted free and voluntary blood donation which assisted a lot of patients in need on 10th November, 2023.

3. IMAN Katsina State in collaboration with Hill site Foundation conducted a Medical Out Reach at Jikamshi Town, Musawa Local Government, Katsina State on 11th November, 2023.

4. Plateau State chapter of IMAN had celebrated the world diabetes day with the theme “Empowering global Health”on 12th November, 2023. During the program, they offered free Blood pressure and Diabetes screening.

5. IMAN Ogun State had paid a courtesy call to the Chief Medical Director Federal Medical Center Abeokuta, Ogun State on the 13th November, 2023.

6. A delegation from the executive council of IMAN had a fruitful virtual meeting with the IMAN webmaster on the 19th November, 2023. The ways of improving the efficiency of the IMAN website page were discussed and had since been implemented.

7. IMAN Sokoto state chapter had conducted free medical outreach during the FOMWAN Annual National conference in Sokoto on the 24th November, 2023.

8. Kano State IMAN had conducted a 2 day free surgical outreach at Dandishe PHC, Kano between 25th to 26th November, 2023.

9. IMAN Largos State
chapter had conducted free medical outreach on the 26th November, 2023 at Idi olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA( olomowewe square) during which 464 adults were screened and treated for various diseases, including Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and other diseases, 274 eye consultations, 190 Readers were dispensed, 124 ophthamic medications were dispensed, 38 eyes (planned) for surgeries. ( 37 Cataracts and 1pterygium),
7 dental extraction and several medical treatments. Multiple patients also benefited from physiotherapy services.

10. IMAN Niger State had courtesy call to the Niger State Hisbah to enhance collaboration in serving Islam on the 27th November, 2023.
